What can martial art training do for me or my child?
Children:
Children's classes can dramatically improve discipline, build self-esteem and confidence, increase physical fitness, teach self-defense, and improve coordination. Parents love our program because it is very well structured. Students must perform well at home, at school, and at the martial art center in order to progress. This motivates the children to do well in all areas of their lives. Children love our classes because they are fun, exciting, and full of cool activities.
Adults:
Most adults are very goal oriented. The staff at AMAC sits down with each adult student and performs a goal assessment. We want to know what your goals are so that we can help you reach them. Our adult classes are very high energy and motivational. They can improve health and fitness, self-discipline, and teach self-defense skills that can give you a renewed since of self-confidence. Most adults feel better after the first class.

AMAC is Abilene's place to train! We are an excellent martial art center with something for everyone. We have beginner to advanced classes for children and adults. Our classes are student-centered; we truly want to improve the life of every student that walks through our door. We are also a "Black Belt School;" we want to see every student in the school commit to training and achieve a black belt—a very prestigious honor in martial art training.
